4. COORDINATE AND ATTEND HOME INSPECTION (within 2 weeks after contract) I recommend RPI Property Inspections

     A. Radon I recommend RPI Property Inspections

     B. Termite Kirkendalls Pest Elimination

     C. Well (if applicable) Kirkendalls Pest Elimination

     D. Septic (if applicable) Kirkendalls Pest Elimination

5. REQUEST REPAIRS (if applicable)

6. COORDINATE MOVING COMPANY OR STORAGE FACILITY

7. OBTAIN HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE I recommend  Tony Belcastro WSMT Insurance

8. TRANSFER UTILITIES AND SCHEDULE INSTALLATION (2 wks prior to settlement)

Go to http://www.whitefence.com/ to set up all your utilities.

     A. Gas and Electric

     B. Cable or Directv

     C. Phone

     D. Internet (cable or dsl)

     E. Water/Sewer (will automatically change after settlement)

9. MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH MORTGAGE LENDER GETTING ANY INFO

REQUESTED IN A TIMELY FASHION (once a week on a weekly basis)

10. SETTLEMENT (day of settlement)

     A. Certified Funds paid to the order of the title company and yourself

     B. Bring 2 forms of ID

     C. Bring Homeowners Insurance paperwork (if not already turned into lender)
